Last article I discussed how the seniors residence at Park Royal Court was being used to house Outreach Center Clients as well as mentally unstable individuals with harmful consequences to seniors in the building. The situation became so dire signs had to go up telling people not to consume cannabis inside the building.

It seems as if the situation is quickly spiraling out of control. Outreach Center clients now apparently view the building as a community zone with free access. Just this morning police had to be called to remove a woman who was camping out by the entrance. This in itself would not be so bad but unfortunately it appears some of these people are also bringing weapons with them as a machete was found in another camping spot inside the residence.
Public intoxication by these clients is also a common occurrence.
Provincial staff continue to refuse all questions I pose to them and all the other media outlets they usually comment to refuse to cover the story.
A sad story for both the seniors and the Outreach clients who are enabled to live this degrading lifestyle.
